About the Job:

As the Quality Control Inspector, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a keen understanding of component inspection and quality assurance practices. Counterfeit Mitigation through product authentication and physical inspection on all material flowing through our facilities is our top priority. Our promise to our customers to perform our due diligence and mitigate the risk of procuring material from the open market is our responsibility and duty. You will be tasked with incoming inspections, testing, and product authentication. We will support you in certifications and training to perform your job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full knowledge and understanding of Quality Control/Inspection Requirements
  • Ability to document/process/procedures/work instructions with visual aids compliant to above and provide efficient training for inspection and AS6081 Inspection/Counterfeit Mitigation
  • Intermediate level experience and ability to perform all warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, test (Xray, Decap, XRF, Solderability, ETC.) inventory control, packaging, and shipping.
  • Pull, stock, inventory products, cycle counts, physical inventories.
  • Verify products against data sheet requirements and customer specific requirements.
  • Ability to adhere to compliance ANSI ESD S20.20 requirements.

  • In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
  • Knowledge of warehouse management operations and inventory control methods in a distribution environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines
  • Ability to effectively manage staff in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and multiple business applications
  • Experience utilizing an ERP system, preferably NetSuite

Physical Demands:

  • Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time in a
    distribution environment.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of related work experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • OR consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
