  • Review welds, fit‐ups, dimensions, tolerances, and fabrication details for accuracy and compliance.
  • Complete inspection reports using Excel‐based, pre‐designed QA/QC spreadsheets.
  • Validate material heat numbers, traceability, and documentation packages.
  • Support NCR creation, corrective actions, and re‐inspection activities.
  • Work closely with fabrication, welding, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain organized, audit‐ready QA/QC documentation for each job.
  • Uphold Circle B’s quality standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes and customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ year of QA/QC inspection experience in industrial fabrication, piping, structural steel, and similar environments.
  • Ability to perform and document pre‐fit, post‐fit, and post‐weld inspections.
  • Proficiency with Excel‐based inspection forms and structured QA/QC documentation.
  • Experience reviewing and verifying WPS, PQRs, MTRs, ITPs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with NDE methods: VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, and coordination with third‐party inspectors.
  • Ability to work independently in a shop/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in oil & gas measurement fabrication (meter tubes, orifice fittings, sample systems, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, and customer‐specific fabrication standards.
  • Understanding of weld symbols, tolerances, and fabrication processes.
  • Experience supporting QA/QC packages for custody‐transfer measurement equipment.

Work Environment

  • Fabrication shop environment with regular interaction with welders, fitters, project managers, and engineering.
