Job description

Johnson Service Group is looking for a  AS9100 Quality specialist with 3 years of technical industry experience in manufacturing environment also working knowledge of maintaining compliance with AS9100. This is a Temp-Direct job in Valencia for an Aircraft company.
Pay Rate: $34.00 HR DOE
Overview:
The individual will support the quality management group. Individual will handle management of procedures, projects, and day to day issues.  Track and maintain to closure. Initiate, assess, evaluate, and close insignificant changes such as Closure of Internal Audits, Corrective & Preventive Actions and document revisions.
The individual will work in the quality dept helping with Gage Crib Administration to ensure compliance to procedures and regulatory requirements.  
Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Sort and analyze data
  • Collect data from the manufacturing floor. Clean data, make corrections, and do basic data entry work into data bases
  • Enter information into a database and ensure that data collection sources are accurate
  • Examine data, putting data points into a database
  • Asist with maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System

 
Qualifications:

  • HS degree, with 3 years of technical industry experience in manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of maintaining compliance to AS9100
  • Proficiency in MS365 Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail are necessary. 
  • Ability to examine data, make corrections and enter data into databases.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
