Job Description

Position: Lead Electrician

Reiner Electric, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various electrical projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints. You will also be expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to fellow electricians.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians to ensure efficient and quality workmanship
• Plan and organize daily work schedules for the team
• Take charge of complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting them in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry standards, and local electrical codes
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of electrical materials and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery
• Train and mentor junior electricians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely operate electrical tools and equipment
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing
