Experienced Construction Skilled Laborer
Preserve the trust of our established clients from the past 50+ years of being in business
$20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Ability to efficiently assist with various carpentry including rough, trim, and finish
Assist with the prep, install, and cleanup of projects including drywall, framing, doors, windows, trim, etc.
Assist on exterior repairs, flooring install, paint etc.
Apply previous jobsite experience to the problem solving and execution of the project
Apply construction site knowledge to look ahead and know next required steps
Enjoys working along side a team & independently at times
Flexibility to work on jobsites both in & out of town
Enjoys working along side a team & independently at times
Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
Communicate honest, clear, and concise with employees, clients, and sub-contractors
At times, on-call response to emergency services such as water & fire mitigation, structural repair, & board ups, etc.
Willing/Available to Work Locally and Travel 50% Out-of-State, 1-3 weeks per trip approx.

Basic Qualifications

5+ Years of Commercial or Residential Construction Laborer experience
Available/Willing To Travel Out of State For Construction Projects
Current valid drivers’ license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

2+Years of Hotel Renovation experience
2+ Years of experience with blueprints, drawings, and DFRs
2+ Years of experience working in occupied spaces

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
