 L2 Desktop/End User Support Technician - Part-Time - Dobson, AZ

Schedule 

  • 3 days per week.long-term 
  • 8 hours a day 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
  • Emergency Dispatch.
    • Available for emergency dispatches with a four-hour minimum commitment. Tasks may include critical system repairs, urgent hardware or software issues, and other IT emergencies.
  • After-Hours Availability.
    • The technician will be available for overnight and weekend work at a rate of X times the regular hourly rate in case of emergencies or planned after-hours maintenance.

 Job Duties 

  • Ticket Management.
    • Handling and resolving all IT-related tickets submitted by end users.
    • This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, and other IT-related inquiries.
  • Routine Maintenance.
    • Performing regular checks and maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues.
  • Software Installation and Updates.
    • Installing required software and ensuring all systems are updated to the latest versions.
  • Hardware Configuration.
    • Setting up and configuring new hardware, as well as upgrading existing systems, as necessary.
  • User Support and Training.
    • Providing support and guidance to end users on new systems and software.
  • Reporting and Communication.
    • The technician will report to the designated Client Corp IT supervisor and will maintain a log of all tasks and tickets handled, providing weekly updates and monthly summaries of activities.
