7G partners with petroleum tank owners nationwide to mitigate the risk of petroleum release into the environment, while ensuring their facilities maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

What you will do:

The Recruiter/HR Generalist is responsible for managing the recruiting process to include sourcing, identifying, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an onboarding program that promotes retention and employee satisfaction. This position will also support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs, implement policies and procedures, assist with employee relations matters and assist in benefits administration.

Recruiter

+ Collaborate with the Director of HR and hiring managers to write job posts, and post jobs internally and externally with job boards.

+ Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates

+ Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our company, reduce our time-to-hire, and attract the best professionals.

+ Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, veteran organizations, and workforce solutions organizations to develop a pipeline of candidates to assist long-term with hiring and retention.

+ Utilize multiple internet resources, including job boards and social media, keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

+ Track and manage candidate databases.

+ Attend and coordinate job and career fairs.

+ With the HR Director, develop offer letters.

+ Initiate pre-employment screenings

+ Facilitate on-boarding/off-boarding process

+ Document and maintain job descriptions.

HR Generalist

+ Assist with benefits administration for new hires, open enrollment, and life events.

+ Assist in the facilitation of the performance management process.

+ Assist in the coordination of employee training and development.

+ Assist with payroll as needed.

+ Assist with HRIS (Paylocity) management as needed.

+ Process all resignations and involuntary terminations including preparing termination paperwork.

+ Assist with any additional HR projects as needed.

Education, Experience, Certifications/License

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.

+ Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance laws/policies

+ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media and job boards

+ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
