Automotive Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and automotive industry knowledge. As an Automotive Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks related to the automotive dealership's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Process accounts: payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Deals Processing: Handle automotive deals, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5. Work closely with the finance team to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
6. Assist with inventory management and reconcile inventory counts.
7. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting or a related field is advantageous.
2. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
4. Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
