Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for distributing and tracking all of the require 3(16) Notices and enrollments for all 3(16) plans. The position requires daily attention to incoming and outgoing USPS mail, outlook emails, and daily TIAA enrollments. This role also require involvement in several Annual Projects such as Annual Notices and other Projects when needed. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving ability. This position requires the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a full understanding of the importance of customer service is a must.

Essential Functions:

  • Daily census corrections in Relius and at Platforms, upon request
  • Daily maintenance of participant outlook mailbox
  • Addresses participant returned non enrollment mail from charlotte processor – Weekly
  • Addresses returned enrollments from Charlotte processor – Same Day
  • Creates the email and address for returned enrollments daily
  • Creates the Gilson/Taylors mailing populations and prepares the PDF package
  • Responsible for email bounce backs tracking and reissuing items
  • Daily rehire emails and reissuing enrollments for rehires when needed
  • Sets up Salesforce projects to track participant mailings
  • Responsible for Annual Mailings 12/31 Projects – Monthly Off Calendar Annual
  • Updates Salesforce job upon the arrival of the final Taylor invoice
  • Sends participant enrollment material monthly, quarterly and semi-annual via Taylor
  • Sends all daily TIAA enrollment packages to participants
  • Reviews all items in the enrollment kit to ensure it includes the most recent notices
  • Responsible for Greenville hard copy mailings via Taylor
  • Responsible for Client Transition hard copy mailings via Taylor
  • Responsible for entering into Ad Hoc client invoicing requests for hard copy mailings
  • Special Projects as assigned by Manager, Fiduciary Support Services (ie: Year End Census Data Cleanup work and emails)
  • Ensures 3(16) procedures are being followed
  • Meets with Manager, Fiduciary Support Services daily to ensure all tasks are completed timely

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred or minimum of 2 years of office work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Provide a high level of service to Team and Clients
  • Strong Excel
  • Excellent math skills
