Salary: $16.75

PART-TIME - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.

Responsible for all general duties as directed by the department manager. The cashier must have a strong commitment to customer service, helping where needed. All applicants must be able to legally work in Canada.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete understanding of all cash register functions and maintain accurate cash control
Be able to identify all items in the produce and bakery departments
Offer a greeting to every customer you come into contact with
Offer assistance to any customer looking as if they need help
Pack groceries for customers as often where possible
Accurately stock shelves, facing up stock and managing signage where required
Clean out checkout area at the end of the night
stock, stock shelves, and assist as directed by the Grocery Manager and/or Store Manager.
Positive attitude, flexibility and customer service experience are all important.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional tasks and duties as required or requested by supervisor.
