We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for programming and crafting elegant code. As part of our team of developers, you'll create bespoke tools and web applications tailored to the real estate sector. Our commitment lies in designing straightforward, functional, and powerful user interfaces, APIs, and information storage systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute projects of varying scales, developing solutions for real estate and consumer services
• Implement automated tests for each new feature to identify and resolve bugs
• Analyze end-to-end initiatives to determine strengths and weaknesses, focusing on performance complexity, scalability, quality, and security
• Evaluate technical debt and propose strategies for reduction
• Guide and mentor junior engineers
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Proficient understanding of web development and web-based applications
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Sidekiq, Postgres, and Elasticsearch
• Solid grasp of software development best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and version control
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Capable of working both independently and within a team setting
