Job Description

Desired Profile:
Is an expert in Ruby with a distinguished track record of solving difficult and complex problems efficiently and elegantly.
Exhibits a well-rounded understanding of the Ruby ecosystem while suggesting better approaches to solving problems.
Experience in ruby on rails, javascript, HTML, CSS, Coffe Script, SASS, jQuery and other similar web technologies.
Experience with Behaviour and Test Driven Development (Cucumber and rSpec)
Experience with Agile Software Development
Willingness and Experience to take up Front end/Javascript/HTML integration
Knowledge of any one of the Javascript Frameworks like Angular, Ember, Backbone.js
Experience in deployment (Knowledge of Capistrano, Clouds and other devops tools)
Experience in other languages besides Ruby and JavaScript is desired
A presence in the Ruby community will be highly desired (Willingness to learn and share via meet ups.)
Good attitude and aptitude.
A willingness to learn.
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
