About Tangerine Salon
Tangerine Salon - the trusted salon of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders - is one of Dallas's leading luxury Aveda salons. We're known for excellence in guest experience, artistry, and team culture.
Position Summary
We're looking for a Retail Manager who loves beauty, understands the power of great service, and knows how to turn product knowledge into confident recommendations. If you've led teams in beauty-focused retail (hello, Ulta or Sephora!) and enjoy working alongside stylists in a salon environment, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate the retail team while supporting stylists in elevating the retail experience
  • Drive product sales through education, coaching, and genuine guest connections
  • Partner with salon leadership to align retail goals with the overall guest journey
  • Own daily retail operations including merchandising, inventory, team scheduling, and standards
  • Keep the retail space organized, on-brand, and guest-ready at all times
  • Track performance, celebrate wins, and look for opportunities to grow
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of salon management or retail management experience in beauty or specialty retail
  • A confident leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
  • Strong sales instincts with a consultative, service-first mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced salon setting
  • A genuine passion for haircare, skincare, and helping guests look and feel their best
Why You'll Love It Here
  • A salon environment where retail is about education, not pressure
  • A collaborative team of stylists, leaders, and retail professionals
  • Opportunities to grow with a brand that values both results and people
  • Competitive pay, benefits, and a positive workplace culture

Join the Tangerine Team
If you're ready to lead with pride, inspire others, and represent one of Dallas's most respected salon brands, we'd love to meet you.
