Winchester Gateway in Winchester, VA is hiring a Salon Manager. Walk-in or online check-in. * Run a walk-in or online check-in team on real systems, not guesswork. * Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P, plus an extra 10:30A-5:30P shift Mon/Thu/Fri and 1P-6P shift Tue/Wed * Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 10A-5P shift * Base pay $17.50/hr; with tips averaging $7-$8 per cut at 2-3 cuts/hr, total pay averages $31.50-$41.50/hr * 401(k) * Paid vacation, full-time and part-time * Product sales commission * Employer-paid health insurance for this role

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
