Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Sharing our vision in building and growing purpose-driven initiatives
• Engaging in direct residential sales and meeting daily set targets
• Achieving fundraising goals and fostering sustainable, long-term donor acquisition
• Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit to generate strong sales and promotions results and increase productivity and engagement
• Delivering consistent results to help propel your campaign and further your cause
• Scaling donor acquisition volume up while maintaining and improving quality

To Be Considered for This Role, You Must:

• Have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and raise brand awareness while delivering exceptional customer service
• Be passionate, eager for knowledge, and genuinely committed to making a difference in this world
• Be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
