Equation Staffing has various clients in and around the city of Calgary Ab that are always needing staffing assistance. To better service our clients and help our candidates with employment Equation is always actively recruiting experienced forklift operators that are open to temporary, contract and long-term positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate Stand-Up Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to load and unload products
  • Scan products, print labels, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Pick, prepare, and wrap orders for shipment
  • Inspect products for damage or defects before delivery
  • Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanup as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • Valid certification and hands-on experience with Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, and order preparation
  • Familiarity with RF scanners is an asset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Steel-toed footwear and safety vest required
  • Reliable transportation (location may not be transit accessible)
  • Shipper/Receiver experience will be considered an asset.
