Restoration & Construction Laborer / Carpenter

Hyalite Custom Building is currently hiring for a full-time Restoration & Construction Laborer / Carpenter to help deliver premier custom homes and historic restorations in the Bozeman, MT area. This carpentry position earns a $26 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

We are happy to offer this carpentry position the flexibility of choosing to work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days each week.

In this carpentry position, you enjoy being able to engage your mind and work with your hands on restoration and custom home building projects. You love working outside, and you enjoy having a variety of responsibilities each day. To ensure we have everything we need to get the job done, you assist with coordinating and hauling materials to, from, and at the job site. You are then ready to get to work framing, installing windows, and performing trim carpentry. You are always involved in the collaborative effort of determining the next step and staying ahead of the building process. You are flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated. You are pleased to have a job that highlights your vast skillset, and you love seeing your hard work come to fruition.

Typically, we complete 2-4 projects per year including custom homes, historical renovations, and Passive House projects. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to carry 50 pounds
• Ability to understand and comply with OSHA safety regulations
