* Full-time, permanent role  * $75,000 to $100,000 salary, plus project-based bonuses * Strong technical professional development training and health benefits   * Must have experience in EDI ETL processes * Set in Southern Oregon, working remotely not available    We are AllCare Health (https://www.allcarehealth.com/) - a progressive, physician-led health organization driven to make the right health care more accessible and affordable to more people. Everything we do is to serve the whole health of local communities.    Your purpose as our new EDI Developer will be to support our back-end, data-related development for our custom business applications.    Your tasks will include:   * Routinely working with ANSI X12 Health Plan EDI files (834, 835, 837, etc.) containing eligibility, remittance, and claims. * Developing and maintaining the systems that will move confidential data between stakeholders in service of health plan activity * Entering encounter data into our ERP * Drawing data for regulatory reporting, analytics, transforming into other systems, and data integration * Ensuring that security best practices are adhered to by marshalling resources to make them possible, and implementing those best practices   * Interfacing with 3rdparty APIs  * Communicating with our development team and non-technical staff   Working with AllCare: We are a high performing team drawn together in service of community health. You’ll be supported to learn what you want to learn.  * You’ll have the autonomy to use whatever technology or language you believe will best serve the task at hand.  * A 401K with company contribution of 5% * Life and accident insurance, short term disability coverage * Health benefits and a wellness program   Qualifications:   Here are our must-haves:    * Experience with database administration, particularly SQL, and extensive query, view, and stored procedure building skills * Experience with C#, VB.NET  * Experience with SAP Crystal Reports * Knowledge of database normalization forms * Experience with EDI mapping tools   These would be considered assets:    * Healthcare EDI or HL7 experience * Familiarity with HIPAA and secure data transmission protocols * Degree or diploma in a related field   How to Apply:   Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume.
