The right candidates will be customer service oriented, have good attention to detail and be a team player.How You'll Shine! A positive outlook that is felt by guests and co-workers Attention to detail and problem-solving skills that will help find solutions to unexpected situations Must be self-motivated, self-managing, be able to prioritize tasks Good attendance Most importantly, a positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service in person, on the telephone, or by other means of correspondence.Job Responsibilities Include: Answering phones Giving the best customer service Computer work Troubleshooting inaccuracies Documentation and communication Checking hotel guests in and out Working multiple line phone service Operating a POS terminal Handling money Cleaning Stocking supplies Signing property keys in and out to employees and guest Navigating guests around the property and the local area Performs other duties as assigned And most importantly, ensuring the satisfaction of all our guests.What You'll Bring Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English Ability to solve problems with a minimum of supervision Compassion for others Self Motivation to stay busy and alert while on the job Team player with a willingness to think constructively Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizing skills Basic computer and office skills Hotel hospitality front office system knowledge a plus Ability to work independently or with others as needed High school diploma or equivalent One year of guest services experience in a hospitality environment or one year of customer service experience in a service or retail environmentWHATS IN IT FOR YOUBenefits: Full time qualified positions are eligible for health insurance; Dental, vision, short-term disability, Employee Assistance Program, and life insurance will be provided on the first of the month following 60 days of continuous employment.

Employee will receive holiday pay and accrue vacation and sick leave on a pro rata basis, beginning the month following their 30th day of employment.
