Overview

ECG is a national management consulting firm working exclusively in the healthcare industry. At ECG, our primary emphasis is on quality—in our people as well as our services—and we’re seeking others who appreciate our high standards of excellence.

What’s in It for You: Consult with Purpose

At ECG, you can have a bigger impact than you ever imagined. The work you do will help health systems deliver care more effectively and efficiently—and that’s just the beginning. We’re looking for innovators, problem-solvers, and self-starters to collaborate across our five divisions, take on challenging projects, and find new ways to improve patient care. ECG is committed to ensuring a friendly work environment that rewards high performance and welcomes, values, and supports all people.

Join Our Provider Financial Services Division

ECG’s Provider Financial Services Division guides our healthcare clients through a world in which the economics of healthcare are rapidly changing and the transition from volume to value is ongoing. We work across all healthcare organizations nationwide including the nation’s largest health systems, academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, and independent physician groups. As part of this team, you’ll help our clients navigate this dynamic landscape through the lens of their financial arrangements with physicians and advanced practice providers. Our PFS team focuses in the areas of provider compensation planning, administration, valuation, data analytics, and industry benchmarking.

Our Valuation Services practice provides transaction advice and expert opinions related to the value of business enterprises, employment and independent contract arrangements, and various asset categories. Our areas of expertise and support include:

  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Provider compensation governance.
  • Fair market value and commercial reasonableness.
  • Business/transaction planning.
  • Litigation support.

Your Opportunity with ECG: Associate Principal

As an associate principal at ECG, you’ll be a critical member of our consulting team. Not only will you partner with some of the industry’s best, but you will also make a real difference in people’s lives and grow personally and professionally while doing so. Here, no two days or projects are alike, which means you’ll have a lot to learn and plenty of support to help you succeed.

  • Leading meetings and presentations for client leadership.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of recommended solutions.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff, writing and delivering performance reviews, and assisting with recruiting new consultants.
  • Contributing to firm growth by identifying and pursuing follow-on and new business opportunities targeting revenue of $2 million or more per year.
  • Managing the preparation of complex proposals.
  • Establishing and sharing thought leadership and deep subject matter expertise.
  • Being a leader within the firm and contributing to the firm’s culture and success.
