Tier 1/2 Help Desk/Desktop Support Specialist - w/ vehicle
- $23 to $24 Hourly

- Location: Currently REMOTE
- However, position will be in CC Philadelphia plus 2 half days (8:00am-1:00pm) per week at a client site in Camden, NJ
- MUST have reliable vehicle to travel to Camden, NJ for the 2 half days per week (public transportation is not an option)
Help Desk and Desktop Services - Tier 1/2 support
- ConnectWise Manage software experience is a big plus
- Supporting Microsoft desktops and networking
- MS Office, O365, Window 10
- Connectivity issues with VPN, TCP/IP, Firewalls
- Active Directory - Add users
- Build laptops and workstations, HW/SW support, printers, etc
- Pluses: Group Policy, SonicWall Firewalls
