ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The GPRC (Governance, Privacy, Risk, & Compliance) Project Manager will lead internal projects from initial concept through the full project lifecycle. The GPRC PM will execute various compliance related activities (e.g., impact assessments, remediation tracking and policy/standards documentation) within the areas of privacy operations and Info sec.

Remote ok provided hours align with project needs. EST primarily

PRIMARY DUTIES

Successfully manage assigned projects from initiation through closure; embedding privacy and security by design throughout
Coordinate work with cross-functional team leaders/members on project solutions and resources; manage vendors and suppliers
Support and lead the execution of both privacy and security maturity assessments and risk assessments.

Draft policy or other document artifacts to support projects, align needs and create scalable SOP's

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree
4+ years working as a PM formally managing multiple projects concurrently within fast paced environments delivering in SaaS, IaaS or hybrid cloud environments: waterfall or agile
2+ years working with GRC, data privacy or risk management within Information Technology, defining, analyzing, and documenting process, procedures related to disciplines within IT
Experience with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, SOC 2 Trust Principles, PCI DSS, NIST)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to make effective presentations
Sufficient level of technical background (and acumen) in order to be able to evaluate and mitigate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
Understanding of global data privacy risk management and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
Demonstrated stable work history working in a similar role
