Job Description

6 month contract

This person is responsible for data entry of various accounting items, to include journal entries, cash receipts, and reclasses.
They are also responsible for checking the mail and scanning/distributing accordingly.
We’re looking for someone with some accounting experience, Excel skills needed, dependable, trust worthy and detail oriented.
Data entry of journal entries; reclasses and transfers. NEED to know what they are entering.
Open up mail and deliver to depts.
Clerical; pull invoices, research, data entry of fixed assets.
ERP conversion experience a plus.
Will do validation work.
Will train if no experience.
Accounting specialist/clerk experience a plus.
