Job Description

We are seeking a strong Bilingual Leasing Consultant. The leasing consultants will work with the Property Manager and team to provide great customer service, meet with prospects and conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork/contracts, and follow up with leads to generate traffic to the community.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities:

Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities
Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home
Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed
Stay up-to-date on *special offers* - may change on a daily basis
Research the surrounding area to adequately communicate the benefits of living in the area
Administrative tasks where needed

Qualifications:

***Leasing experience required***
Bilingual (Spanish) Required
Tax Credit experience desired
Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
