Sheet Metal Fabricator

M.E. Flow, Inc. in Leesburg, VA is actively seeking a full-time Sheet Metal Fabricator to assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products to support our residential and commercial HVAC teams. Our Sheet Metal Fabricators typically work Monday - Friday with some weekends, evenings, and over-time to be expected. This position comes with a competitive wage of $22 - $28/hr, depending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHEET METAL FABRICATOR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a sheet metal shop
• Understanding of HVAC systems and airflow
• Understanding of how to read and draw up blueprints
• Ability to use a variety of specialized tools and equipment for welding and installing sheet metal
• Ability to do hard manual labor and lift and manipulate heavy equipment in a variety of conditions
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire
• Valid driver's license
