Job Description

Location: Full-time remote in Broomfield, Colorado (in-office meetings 2-3 times a month)

Salary: Estimated annual compensation will be 76,000 110,000 flexible based on relevant experience. This is a full-time opportunity that offers full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous paid-time-off and holiday time.

Demand Generation Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

Were looking to bring a Demand Generation Specialist into our family to help grow our Marketing team and to activate our go-to-market efforts

  • Oversee and execute Marketo campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, marketing email, for demand generation purposes
  • Develop, monitor, test and optimize Marketo programs for all stages of the marketing and sales funnels
  • Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis; list management; and lead processes in Salesforce.com
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production and distribution
  • Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo, driving improvements and employing best practices
  • Build, implement, monitor, and improve ikeGPSs email marketing strategy. Own and perform all aspects of email campaigns, from design to writing, segmentation, strategy, all the way through technical development
  • Work with our marketing team to create emails, forms, reports, and other related infrastructure to support campaigns
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics and prepare relevant dashboards to share results across the team and report findings to senior management
  • Develop and manage a testing strategy to continuously optimize emails, forms, and entire campaigns
  • Maintain marketing database health and compliance with regulations, including GDPR
  • Document and evangelize best practices and governance policies.

Demand Generation Marketing Specialist Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administering marketing applications and driving revenue through marketing campaigns including database management; Smart List development; setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs; and reporting on campaign analytics.
  • 3+ years experience with email marketing technologies and best practices in B2B (business-to-business campaigns), such as Marketo and Bizible, and their integrations with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Tools you should be familiar with include Marketo (certified expert), Bizible (or similar), Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of Marketo's API Integration is a plus
  • A track record of success with marketing activities, managing lead databases, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, configuring nurture tracks and promoting events
  • In-depth understanding of email deliverability requirements and processes, along with data privacy regulations across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales funnels including the use of A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications a plus (not required)
