SSHO / QM - Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO)/ Quality Manager

TechFlow Mission Support (EMI Services) is seeking the services of a talented SSHO / QM (Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) / Quality Manager to support Base Operations at Fort Jackson.
- Full Quality Control authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in this contract are met.
- Develop documentation detailing company standards which employees are expected to adhere to
- Improve reliability of new product development processes
- Maintain company quality standards
- Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
- Actively participate in production meetings with the customer's leadership team
- Monitor hazardous working conditions and mitigate unsafe activities through safety management, training and coordination with supervisory personnel.
- Identify, document and correct unsafe site conditions in coordination with site
- operations management
- Supervise and administer safety activities
- Conduct employee safety orientation training program
- Conduct work area surveillance, audits, inspections, property damage and personal injury investigations
- Accompany all safety, management, and insurance inspectors on walk through tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Five (5+) years of satisfactory experience in preparing and enforcing the Contractor's safety program on contracts of similar size and complexity in the past
- Three (3+) years' experience if the candidate possesses a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or safety and health degree.
- Active EM385-1 Certification.
- Completed the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class or equivalent within the last three years.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and retain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience leading quality programs in a military base/post setting highly desired
