Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Manage customer expectations (KPI, service levels)
  • Oversee office functions internal / external
  • Support operations
  • Understand job duties and serve as back up for other positions
  • Support staff as needed
  • Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies.
  • Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.
  • Position is full time and on-site.


Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
