Successful candidate will work in Residential and light commercial construction, performing insurance fire/water/vandalism projects.

Seeking a qualified bags-on Lead Carpenter for framing through finish carpentry projects, supervising junior carpenters. Experience in all facets of construction;

· Interior and exterior repairs

· Kitchen and bath remodel

· Rough and finish plumbing, electrical

· Ceramic tile

· Doors and Windows

· Finish trim

· Light framing

· Supervising workers and sub-contractors, on multiple projects

Must have reliable transportation (van or truck) and have own tools. Customer Service, supervisory responsibilities, and a can-do attitude are required. Work located all over the Bay Area.
