Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk- Remote, Hybrid, and On-site- Los Angeles Applicants Only

Our Clients, at the top Entertainment, Financial, Real Estate Firms in Los Angeles, are seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. These roles will be both remote and hybrid. Up to $25-30 an hour!

Responsibilities

• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Handle vendor calls and inquiries; identify and communicate issues to ensure the timeliness of payments
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Diligently follow up on all tasks and projects, whether performed directly or by other accounting staff

Requirements:

• Accounts payable experience preferred
• JDE or equivalent ERP experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
