Job Description

Our company, Flex HQ is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Service Advisor. Thank you in advance for taking a look at the list of responsibilities and qualifications. We look forward to reviewing your resume. This is a commission only position with a competitive pay structure for excellent performance. You'd be calling prospective clients that are provided to you and completing a business analysis with them to identify pain points in their business and outline where Flex HQ can be a solid solution. We office services in Payroll, Accounting, HR, Recruiting, Customer Service, Past Due Management and Administrative Operations. While you'd be provided a list of leads to contact inside of our CRM, you'd also have the freedom to sell to your own network to gain more sales. The sky is the limit!

With proven, consistent performance, this position could graduate to higher commission tiers, annual bonuses and more depending on company growth and direction! 

 

The pay is outlined below: 

COMMISSION PAY CYCLE

Commissions are paid monthly for the previous month deals, on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or a holiday, it’s paid out on the next business day.

REGULAR BUSINESSES

  • 1-5 locations = $100 per location 
  • 6-10 locations = $125 per location 
  • 11-19 locations = $150 per location 
  • 20+ locations = $200 per location 

Commission is paid out per location, so you could close one “deal” that has 5 locations, you get the commission based on the locations inside that deal. So, if you have 5 locations sold in a single agreement, you are paid the commission rate 5x from that deal, in this example, it would be $500.

 

Responsibilities for commission sales

  • Calling Leads and completing Complementary Business Analysis with them to identify pain points
  • Scheduling follow-up calls for those that aren't ready to sign just yet - or would like to be contacted late to review results at another time. 
  • Communicating with the ops to facilitate contract generation
  • Serve as primary liaison with business stakeholders regarding reporting, data management, workflow and changes
  • Conduct Franchisee trainings to educate them about our services when needed *Travel will be paid 100% by the company.
  • Drive enhancements, standardization and efficiency initiatives
  • Own the implementation and respond timely to business requests, proactively provide collaborative and innovative ideas

Qualifications for commission sales

  • Experience in the fitness industry is strongly preferred (our main target market is gym owners, but we can sell to other businesses as well) 
  • Previous outside sales or business to business (B2B) selling experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous work experience
  • Able to act proactively be a creative thinker
  • Responsive and empathetic to customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to handle long periods of computer usage
  • Self-motivated and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
