Software Web Developer

As a Web Developer, youll be at the forefront of innovation that develops web applications and supports connected consumer products. You will ensure the quality and successful delivery of applications.

Programming stack:

• HTML5, CSS, ECMAScript, React, and Typescript
• Java and Kotlin
• AWS, GCP, and Azure
• REST APIs and UX / UI

Details:

• Remote or hybrid- work at home in your pajamas, in another state, or collaborate with your colleagues in our awesome Indianapolis office
• Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the US
• Prefer one day a week in the Indianapolis office for those within the distance

Experience Needed:

• At least 5 years of experience developing front-end services with an emphasis on providing clean code
• Highly skilled with modern development technologies: HTML5, CSS, ECMAScript, React, and Typescript used to design, deliver, debug, and maintain front-end user interfaces
• Integrated microservices on AWS, GCP, Azure, and API tools, and frameworks (Rest, Restful, Soap)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented development, use of design patterns, and system architecture
• Experience implementing UX/UI with constraint layout, and custom views

What you will do:

• Design new web applications using Figma prototypes, collaborating with product/development teams
• Assist in the creation of web IoT design concepts and improved user experience
• Attend development meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, kick-offs, UX / UI design sessions)
• Ensure dependencies are managed, and issues and risks resolved to maximize productivity
• Meet with clients to understand system requirements in collaboration with our product manager
