Junior Project Manager/Scrum Master

As the Junior Project Manager/Scrum Master you are responsible for implementing strategic projects supporting business growth and sustainability on key products with the support of a senior member. You must possess a sense of project management rigor, organization and communication with the ability to accommodate frequently changing strategies and decisions-proactively and re-actively.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
\u2022 Manage project plans across all functions. Position requires experience with business process analysis
\u2022 Exposure to some project planning, project governance/approvals, change management issues and other aspects of project management following sound PMBOK practices and Agile methodology.
\u2022 Create and track project plans, and track implementation success and return
\u2022 Conduct regular project track meetings and publish status reports.
\u2022 Create and track project risks, issues, and lessons learned.
\u2022 Estimate project budget, gather product/service information and quotes from vendors
\u2022 External partner communication around plan execution
\u2022 Business Analysis responsibilities including:
o Discovery of business needs through interaction with business stakeholders
o Translation, organization and specification of business requirements
o Design of functional solutions through interaction with project team
o Review and validation of solution for meeting the business needs

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
\u2022 Bachelors degree or higher in business administration, finance, project management or related field
\u2022 3+ years\u2019 experience in working on medium to large size complex projects and gathering requirements
\u2022 PMP certification, Project Management Degree or Scrum Master is a plus

SKILLS
\u2022 Proven knowledge and experience working on IT or process improvement project.
\u2022 Proven track record in establishing rapport at the management level, gaining and maintaining credibility with internal and external customers at all levels of the company.
\u2022 Ability to manage resources
\u2022 Effective listening skills
\u2022 Ability to solicit different viewpoints, share knowledge and insights, and provide solutions to complex problems.
\u2022 Must have some experience working with PPM tool.
\u2022 Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) a plus
\u2022 Ability to create clear and concise documentation and specifications
\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, Visio, JIRA products is a plus
