Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create design documentation for new design CAD models
o Customer Quote Support drawings o Assembly/Inspection drawings
o Weldment drawings o Sheet metal bending instructions
o CNC program lists o Part lists / Bill of Materials
o Create machine programs (G-codes, NC-codes, M-codes)
o Participate in Peer Design Reviews with design team and produce final drafts based on meeting notes
o Maintain records of revisions within a PDM system Oversee prototype manufacturing
o Address prototype manufacturing questions
o Process ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) and maintain records of all revisions
o Provide Production Team with fixtures and other technical support to aid in product manufacturing o Produce three-dimensional models of jigs/fixtures
o Make revisions based on feedback from Design or Production team
Create documentation for standard parts Perform other tasks as assigned
