Dialysis Registry Clerk, Dearborn

Under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures receives patients into the Hemodialysis unit or clinic, obtains patient records, schedules tests and treatments, registers new patients, transcribes physicians orders, types miscellaneous materials and perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
