Cardinal Care Strategies is a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility located in Muncie, Indiana. Locally owned and operated, we specialize in caring for our neighbors and hiring staff from the local community. We offer competitive hourly rates based upon experience, resume and excellent references. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefit package.
- Base Rate $20 per hour

Specific Shift Needs:
Full Time - Day or Night Shift 12 Hour
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess at a minimum an QMA degree from an accredited program
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a valid and current QMA license in this state.
- Referral from an existing staff member preferred.
- Must be able to write the English language in a legible and understandable manner.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, governmental agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must be a minimum of twenty (20) years of age.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
