Join Our Team  

You will be our Assistant Vice President, IT Quality Assurance that will run a collaborative team of engineers in the planning and execution of various testing environments that will help drive technology innovation as we continue to grow. You will report to our Chief Information Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining innovative test strategies, tools, processes, and timelines for quality assurance of new and existing products and features.
• Collaborating closely with key individuals and groups including IT Application Development & Maintenance,  Enterprise Architecture, and Production Support teams to establish clear and efficient operations and communications related to the overall QA process.
• Leading the development and oversight of QA automation tools and processes. Partner with the development, architecture, and DevOps teams to strive for excellence in all stages of the QA life cycle.
• Partnering with project team members to ensure business requirements and/or feature documents are clear, concise, traceable, and testable.
• Implementing and defining best practices with QA processes, methodologies, and toolsets with the production team.
• Executing test scripts and test cases for each project/feature that are highly complex and challenging.
• Continuously audits systems, testing plans, and understanding results.  Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and finding new ways to implement.
• Ongoing efforts to attract, develop, and retain a talented team of quality assurance test engineers.

• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance leading practices, software testing methodology, and the systems development life cycle. Insurance/Reinsurance QA techniques, methodologies, and regulations preferred.
