Job Needs

Current Idaho Funeral Directors License OR
Current Idaho Apprentice License close to application for Director’s License
Current Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Skills and Expectations

• Self-motivated with work ethic and attention to common sense details
• Work full-time schedule during 7-day week, Overtime on Night Calls and Night Embalming
• Will work on some evenings and weekends per schedule of funerals
• High standards, work well with other staff, positive attitude
• Embalming and body preparation skills for services
• Adhere to dress and grooming standards for church service and company work
• High emotional intelligence for the ability to support grieving families
• Ability on non-funeral days to help with building cleanliness and maintenance
• Office skills such as Adobe, Word and other computer-related programs
