rachel's ginger beer is growing! we are hiring 2-3 new members of our production team in south park, seattle, wa.

this person is a key member of a small production staff, participating in all stages of carefully preparing our craft beverages. all members of the production staff work together toward a common goal of making perfect products in a time-conscious manner. we are a growing company and encourage our employees to grow with us.

this is very physical, repetitive work, similar in physical impact as construction work. must be physically fit - body builders and weight lifters are welcome! get paid to get stronger! 

an eye for safety and a passion for quality are expected.

job duties include but are not limited to: food prep, juicing, sanitizing, bottling, packing, loading/unloading, and operating and cleaning kitchen equipment. 

upon completion of training and demonstration of proficiency, there’s opportunity for a pay increase.

M/W/F - 7:00am - 3:30pm (leave time may vary)

essential requirements and qualifications:

applicants must be able to ... 

* follow all safety procedures while accurately operating industrial equipment

* stand and walk on concrete for several hours

* lift, carry and move 65 lbs regularly and repetitively

* spend up to 30 minutes at a time in a 40° walk-in refrigerator

* work well with others; take ownership of assigned tasks

* clean meticulously

* respond professionally to feedback, direction, and correction

work environment:

this job is performed in a warehouse environment, which can be noisy, and varies in temperature. work is repetitive and physically demanding.

applicants should have reliable transportation, enjoy physical work, and take pride in every detail that goes into our products. upon hiring, a county food handler permit will be required.
