Job Description

Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP has an exciting career opportunity in our growing boutique IT Managed Services and Managed Security Services practice. We are seeking a full-time remote entry-to-mid level service desk engineer to join our team and support new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Focus on responding to end-user and system generated tickets for triage and response
Assist in the day-to-day operation and delivery of our Managed Services stack including:
- Connectwise Manage and Automate
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium including Intune, Autopilot
- Veeam Backup and Replication (primarily vSphere)
- SentinelOne Complete EDR
- ProofPoint Essentials
- DNSFilter
- Cisco-Meraki Firewall, Switch, and Wireless Devices
- Liongard, BrightGauge, CloudRadial, and IT Glue

Qualifications:

Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), or similar technical focused organization with primary responsibilities including end-user support.
Driven self-starter eager to learn and leverage new tools and technologies when and where they make sense
Proactive customer-service oriented mindset
Strong customer-facing skill set
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with modern cloud applications such as Microsoft 365
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
