Summary

Remote with some in office required

CDAS requires the Project Administrator, Level III to support a multitude of UX projects and provide customer services and general project management to ensure technology and capabilities meet community IT standards and are consistent with services in use across the customer organization and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the agile software project management release management, including daily scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases for customer facing websites on all domains (top secret, secret, and unclassified).
  • Maintain and track Agile development schedule in an appropriate project management capability (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and UX professionals to anticipate customer requirements and recommendations.
  • Support TEF leadership on emerging programs and projects, including ad hoc tasking on various scheduled arrangements.
  • Manage and lead client engagements leveraging Agile processes, tools, and templates.
  • Decompose customer requests into features.
  • Define and document acceptance criteria for each story clearly.
  • Work closely with government stakeholders to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Partner with internal and external teams and application users to conceptualize, design, and prototype excellent user experiences while maintaining functionality and simple workflows.
  • Participate in design activities to identify new product ideas and to optimize existing products.
  • Track action items and actively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, schedules, and scope changes.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
  • Conduct release readiness reviews, backlog grooming sessions, release planning events, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go decisions.
  • Formulate and translate user or functional requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications.
  • Maintain the release schedule and program road map for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and programs.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, features, and user stories.
  • Review test cases against stories' acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in maintaining configuration management of product backlog.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Certificate and/or bachelor's degree and/or high school diploma or GED and an additional 4+ years of equivalent experience within the field
  • 7+ years of experience providing project administration support to IT-based projects
  • US citizen
  • TS/SCI clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile Release Management, including planning and/or management of release schedule and activities.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Agile practices in the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams handling customer feedback requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and developing capability/tools documentation.

Desired
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with Confluence and JIRA applications.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certification.
