Empire National Inc. is a rapidly expanding transportation company located in Fletcher NC. We are family-oriented and highly focused on building one-on-one relationships, both with our clients and with our drivers. In our company, we have a fully staffed office and dispatch team that is dedicated to assisting our drivers in every way possible.

Position Overview:

We are looking for CDL OTR Truck Drivers to serve our clients with their supply chain logistics needs in a safe and timely manner.

Compensation:

OTR Team Starting Rate is .60cpm. Top Rate .67cpm.
New driver trainer .80cpm.
Generous Bonus Package.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Must possess a class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) & a valid medical card.
Experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD units, Tablet etc.).
Must be over 21 years old.
Ability to drive long hours at a time.
The driver should not be prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse.
Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) *No DUI in last 5 years.
Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
Must have reliable transportation & Smartphone with data.
