Freedom Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining software for mission-critical operation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing complex software systems using a range of technologies, including Java, J2EE, JBoss, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), JFoundry, WebLogic, Relational Databases, and Oracle. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Java Messaging System (JMS), AMF/ITX, NiFi, Linux, Scripting Languages (Bash, Perl, Python), Ant, Eclipse, CVS, Puppet, Gitlab, Stash, and Jenkins.
- Develop and maintain software systems based on documented requirements
- Work individually or as part of a team
- Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements
- Resolve software problem reports
- Utilize appropriate software development and design methodologies
- Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis

Required Qualifications- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Experience developing and maintaining software for a mission critical operation system using Java, J2EE, JBoss, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), JFoundry, WebLogic, Relational Databases and technologies (e.g., Oracle), Java Messaging System (JMS), AMF / ITX, NiFi, Linux, Scripting Languages (Bash, Perl, Python), Ant, Eclipse, CVS, Puppet, Gitlab, Stash, Jenkins
