Forklift Operator- Reach & Counter Balance

Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently looking for Forklift operators to join one of our clients located in North York, ON. We offer full-time hours with overtime available as per business needs and a friendly and safe work environment.

Work Location: North York, ON

Shifts Available:

• Morning shift: 8 AM - 5:00 PM ( Monday - Friday)

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operating Counter Balance, Reach forklift as per the order(s) assigned.
• Performing a circle check of the forklift before and after operating it for safety purposes
• Performing a quick quality check before packing, and if anything damaged found, informing the floor supervisor or quality department about it.
• Cleans production equipment that is in direct contact.
• Report any repairs, replacements, or any other issues in the building to the Supervisor.
• Ensure proper disposal of all cleaning solutions.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting up to 40-50lbs.
• Adhere to the company's safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Wear PPE whenever needed. For example: When using a cutter, safety gloves must be worn.
• Dust and clean counter surfaces, work-stations, and other areas regularly
• Perform other duties assigned.

Qualification and skills

• 1+ years experience working as a Counter Balance, Reach operator.
• Must have CSA-approved Safety shoes.
• A valid forklift license from a designated forklift training school is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
