Job Summary: As a Teenage Tutor, you will provide academic or skill-based support to fellow teenagers, helping them achieve their educational or personal development goals.

• Provide tutoring in specific subjects or skills, such as mathematics, science, languages, music, art, sports, or other areas where you have expertise.
• Tailor your teaching approach to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student. Offer one-on-one or small group sessions as needed.
• Create lesson plans and learning materials that align with the student's goals and curriculum requirements.
• Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation, clarifying concepts and providing additional practice as necessary.
• Evaluate students' understanding and progress to identify areas that need further attention or improvement.
• Maintain open and clear communication with students and, when appropriate, their parents or guardians to discuss goals, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, offering guidance on study habits, time management, and effective learning strategies.
• Encourage and motivate students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and to overcome challenges.
• Maintain records of tutoring sessions, including topics covered, progress made, and areas requiring additional focus.
