Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stationary Engineer to join our team. As a Stationary Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing a variety of mechanical systems and equipment within our facilities. Your expertise will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of machinery, HVAC systems, and other critical infrastructure. • Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, and other stationary equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose malfunctions in machinery and systems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant codes in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents, providing reports as necessary.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or power outages, and take appropriate action to minimize disruption and damage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering and maintenance staff to coordinate activities and contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers or maintenance personnel as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in stationary engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Stationary Engineer, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Licenses and Certifications: Possession of relevant licenses and certifications, such as a Stationary Engineer License, as required by local regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in the operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, HVAC systems, and other stationary equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
