Spa Attendant Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person to join our company as a Spa Attendant. As part of our team, you greet customers, make and adjust reservations for spa services, and assist customers with payment options at the end of their stay. Our spa offers clients a luxury environment in which to relax, heal, and recharge; you are a key part of this process, guiding them to the particular services or treatments that will best meet their individual needs. Our ideal candidate has a calm and relaxed but professional demeanor and is familiar with the various relaxation and medicinal treatments we offer. Prior experience in a spa is desirable, but we will train very motivated applicants in the right circumstances.
Spa Attendant Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and confirm their reserved treatments or services
- Answer phones and make or alter reservations as necessary
- Explain our various services and treatments to clients, recommending those best suited to their needs or desires
- Receive payments and assist customers with billing questions
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout spa facility, and reorder as required
Spa Attendant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment
- Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
