Service Desk Analyst Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of IT equipment and software
- Able to work flexible hours as needed
- A+ certification or equivalent is a plus
