Personal Care Aide Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist clients with meal preparation, feeding, and clean-up
- Provide companionship to clients and transport them to medical appointments and other errands
- Follow the directions of a registered nurse or other health care professional
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up the client’s living space
- Provide emotional support to clients and their families
Personal Care Aide Requirements and Qualifications
