Paraplanner Requirements and Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferred
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial planning software
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred
